Job Title: Business Manager

Job Location: Kensington, MD

Job Duties: Plan and manage business operations of the insurance agency; direct administrative activities directly related to providing insurance services; direct and coordinate financial and budget activities to fund operations and increase efficiency; evaluate insurance policies to ensure compliance with legal requirements; establish and implement sales policies, goals and objectives; supervise the work of insurance sales agents; develop and implement marketing strategies for various insurance products.

Requirements: The position requires Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, General Business, or a closely related field. The position also requires at least 12 months of experience in the job offered or in the alternate occupation of General Manager or Insurance Sales Agent. The required experience must have been gained in a company doing business in the insurance industry.
